Roles & Responsibility :
- Meet and engage prospects/clients online focusing on various industries B2B and B2C to uncover client plans and priorities and align to our services.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Must have experience on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and PeoplePerHour for lead generation
- Promote the company's service by addressing or predicting the client's objective.
- Generation of new email database & mining existing database, market research, referrals driving.
Desired Profile :
- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales (International Clients) along with analyst-driven research on services to the technology community with a focus on solution selling and big-ticket size deals.
- Proven track record of lead generation, lead qualification, and sales closures.
- Achieve Sales Targets via Inbound & Outbound Leads.
- Strong communication skills and IT influence.
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong presentation skills. Organized, efficient, and flexible
