Business Development Executive (Fresher/Up to 1.5 years of experience) - Telecalling
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients globally, promoting our web and mobile app development services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and effectively presenting our company's offerings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirement s :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong telecalling and cold-calling abilities, with the confidence to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Good knowledge of web and mobile app development concepts and technologies will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
