iLabkart - Account Manager - Sales (0-7 yrs)
This job involves the below responsibilities :
1. Engage with onboarded clients to grow their business through the portal.
2. Grow the client base by onboarding new clients.
3. Work with the Implementation team on figuring out innovative ways to boost trust and transparency between buyer and seller.
4. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
6. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
