Iksula - Inside Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
Desired Candidature:
- BE/B.Tech
- IT/Software background or should have knowledge about IT processes and systems
- E-commerce experience/knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Inquisitive, thirsty for knowledge
- Motivated, Driven and Go-Getter attitude
- Hardworking
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Ability to think out of the box
Duties:
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to increase the sales pipeline for the company
- Grasping our company's offerings and services properly and able to present them articulately
- Researching potential customers within the target region, identifying the right decision-makers and maintaining a database of the same
- Communicating with prospective customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads via cold calls, cold emails and social media.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email, social media
- Initiate conversations with the key decision-makers in the target accounts and set up 1st level quality sales meetings for the Regional Sales Manager
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager
- Initial qualification of the lead
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Responsible for keeping the Sales pipeline healthy
