Ikon - Manager - Client Development (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary:
Client Development Manager will be responsible for developing a clientele for IKON's marketing consultancy service. He or she will be also responsible for managing and delivering the consulting project of the client originated by self.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBA in marketing with min 5 years of experience in business or client development with any management consulting firm or communication/advt. Agency
- Ability to network effectively and influence leaders and top management of client across the different industries and geographies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in proactively building a clientele
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and capabilities to convince with strong reasoning and data support
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language
- Must be competent with all Microsoft Office applications Ms word, Excel, Power Point
- Can travel across India and other countries as and when require
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to achieve revenue target within a specified time period
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities :
- Meeting the prospects to present IKON and understand their need of consulting services and expectations with the consultants
- Conducting preliminary research to understand the business and market environment of the prospects
- Developing the scope of consulting work (SOW) in line with client requirements backed by research and internal capability
- Preparing high quality technical and financial proposals in consultation with a consulting team and presenting before client face to face or virtually
- Follow up and negotiating contracts with prospects and close deals independently
- Developing and executing the project plan with the help of a consulting team, ensuring it meets the deadline and client's expectations
- Generating leads for consulting services and research publication through offline business networking as well as online through blogs, social media and other digital marketing activities
- Developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns to drive meetings so as to increase sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
- Preparing marketing collaterals and presentations
- Arranging meetings between prospects and principal consultant/CMD as an when require
- Responding business leads via email and phone in an effective manner
- Nurturing a good relationship with clients and identifying cross/up selling opportunities
- Evolving strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.
