IKOKAS - Executive - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)
Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
- Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
- Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry
- Ability to handle rough situations with clients, managing client expectations, making Proposals, good written and verbal skills are definitely important. And proficiency in Ppt, Canva, PPT, Mail Chimp are hygiene factors (Must haves).
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing clients.
- Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills
- Experience in dealing with digital media publishers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pro active and a self starter
- Strategic thinker with hand on experience
- Passionate, start up mentality, ability to multitask, comfortable with a slightly instructured working environment that usually happens in a start up
