iKix 3D Prints - Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
iKix 3D Prints Private Limited is one of the pioneers in Architectural, Industrial & Engineering model-making services in India, UAE & Europe. Setup in 2007, the company has unique value systems that have created an unparalleled name with the Real Estate Developers, Engineers, and Architects.
We are looking for an experienced sales executive to communicate and onboard iKix client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and manage existing client new requirements
- Responsible for pre and post-sales which covers preparing & submitting quotations, acquiring P.O. (Purchase Order), coordinating with the internal accounts team, and generating Tax invoices for the purchase made until the project delivered to the client
- Coordinate with iKix design and landscape team for model deliverable possibilities
- Coordinate between iKix design team and client design team for 3D design confirmation with regards to the client's customized requirement
- Once after 3D design email confirmation responsible for coordinating with iKix landscape team to initiate the production process end to end
- Responsible for coordinating with the particular client to initiate the initial and final inspection during the production and post-production process of the 3D model
- Responsible for maintaining all the data and records with regards to inbound leads, Submitted proposal database, ongoing project database, upcoming project database, daily client meeting tracker, completed projects P.O., invoices, Delivery Challan (DC), E-waybill
- Responsible for project stage-wise payment collection & updates from the client
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Consult / Discuss with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the business growth
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities
Key Professional Attributes :
- Exceptional B2B & B2C sales skills
- Proven practitioner of SPIN selling techniques
- Possess a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline, and commitment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative work environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be highly adaptable, process-oriented, result-driven, quick learner and team player
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication, organizational and relationship building skills
Qualifications Required:
- Graduates in any discipline
Experience : 3 years
