Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the expansion of our preschool franchise chain by identifying potential franchisees, cultivating relationships, and driving sales. You will have the autonomy to build your own team and oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, logistics, and sales management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Franchise Sales :
- Proactively reach out to prospective franchisees via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce them to the brightwheels Education franchise opportunity.
- Conduct thorough presentations and discussions to showcase the benefits and advantages of joining our preschool franchise chain.
- Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements to meet sales targets and expand our network.
2. Team Building :
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
3. Operations Management :
- Oversee all operational aspects of the franchise business, including facility management, curriculum implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations and optimize productivity.
- Address any operational challenges or issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the education or franchise industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
