Job Descriptions for Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager :
- Responsible for sourcing business from open market in providing loans for New/Used Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipments, Car Loans & SME Loans.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target on a Monthly basis.
- Responsible for driving the team for target achievements and supporting them for Joint calls wherever required.
- Responsible for empanelment of DSAs & Brokers and for creating Distribution Network.
- Responsible for maintaining team productivity, hiring & controlling attrition.
- Responsible for training the team at regular intervals on Product/Policy/Process updates.
Job Specifications :
- Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 5 Yrs of Sales experience in NBFC/Bank in handling Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment/Car Loans/SME will be eligible.
- Candidates with experience in the local market are Preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in team handling will be preferred.
