iKeva - Manager - Enterprise Sales (1-4 yrs)
- Sales & Partnership Management-
- Partnership, networking and connect with IPC's and local real estate consultants
- Need to meet the IPC's and Real estate, brokers
- Build a relationship with them and keep up the rapport for getting leads
- Ability to create brand awareness Ability to meet with potential customers, generate and nurture leads
- Must be able to highlight the brand value, customer centricity, member benefits when dealing with prospective clients
- Shall nurture the leads and constantly be in touch to close the deals
- Manage customer relationships for major accounts, including expansion & renewals
- Building Long-lasting relationships with clients, and be the go to person for issues.
- To build rapport so that clients do the expansions and renewals
- Expertise in Sales and Negotiation, preferably in B2B sales
- Proficiency/ experience in Customer Management
- Experience in Business Development
- Understanding on Commercial Real Estate
- Vibrant personality & positive attitude
- Great communication skills - written and spoken
