iKeva - Center Manager (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibility:
1. Sales & Partnership Management-
a. Lead and Manage P&L of the center, with focus on top-line
b. Lead potential members on-boarding/ client acquisition, Partner and other industry association
c. Lead brand awareness and lead generation for the centre
d. Constant up-gradation of information to know about trends in work-spaces and the industry
e. Develop location specific packages and promotions as required.
f. Design innovative methods and means to generate revenue.
2. Customer Relationship Management
a. Manage customer relationships and ensure optimal service delivery by the team
b. Evaluate and implement better mechanism for customer delivery
c. Lead Community Events on the floor - for members and for external visitors.
3. Operations and Vendor Management.
a. Oversee daily maintenance and regular vendor management, including vendor on-boarding
b. Drive invoicing - members and vendors
c. Member on-boarding.

8. Invoicing and MIS
9. Knowledge with MS-office & experience in any other software or application
