Job description :
- Training new customer service team members
- Monitoring average call length and overall team volume
- Audit individual calls, chat & Email to ensure quality.
- Leading performance reviews for team members
- Should be able to handle Shrinkage, attrition rate & shift adherence.
- He Should be a Result oriented person who can help the organization to increase productivity.
- Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members.
- Creating reports for the director of customer services
- Suggesting new procedures to improve customer service.
- Resolving escalated customer issues
- Motivating customer service team to meet goals.
Note : Startup experience would be preferable, who has worked from scratch.
Job Location : Gurgaon, Haryana (Onsite)
Working days : 6 days
Working Hours : 10am -7pm
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 2+years of Experience in Team Lead for Customer service
2. Bachelor's Degree
3. Willing to Relocate
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Looking for Immediate jonnies or max 15 Days of Notice Period
