Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, including trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product/service diversification, and strategic alliances.
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical and healthcare industry stakeholders, including healthcare providers.
- Sales and Revenue Generation : Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets by promoting company products and services, offering solutions tailored to client needs, and closing deals.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Market Expansion : Identify and evaluate potential new markets or regions for business expansion, both domestically and internationally.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and business development progress to senior management.
- Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build the company's reputation and establish valuable contacts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy (BPharm/M Pharm), Life Sciences (BSc), Dentistry (BDS), or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and industry changes.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
