A customer success manager's work will involve a mix of management, sales and analytics in the normal course of a day's work. You will work collaboratively with the Operations team, Tech team, Marketing team and not to mention Sales team.

- Develop a relationship with the customers which is greater than a transactional association
- Onboarding and execution of Client
- Establish Customer Success Practices
- Assisting in Technical and Product Management
- Ability to handle multiple clients at a time. He/She should have multitasking skills and should be able to deal with bottom to top hierarchy of Client.
Who we're looking for :
- At least 1+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (customer success or account management).
- Previous experience collaborating with different internal functions within a fast-growing SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills to derive data driven insights for better decision making
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference
