Designation : Editor/Content Manager
Responsibilities of the Editor :
- Sourcing Articles written by eminent business leaders (HR Leaders preferably)
- Selecting articles for issues and planning publication contents and maintaining quality check
- Ownership (in terms of end to end content):
- Research on Corporate World - News Based Editing and Writing
- Fact Based writing on Current Industry trends and other important events
- Editing and Rewriting of Sourced Articles
- Transcription of audio Interviews
- Outsourcing and managing content needs with PR agencies / freelancers
- Generating new ideas and featured topics for All Things Talent Magazine
- Rewriting, editing, proofreading and subbing copy to ensure it is ready to go to press
- Ensuring that all feature articles comply with ethical codes of practice and legal guidelines.
Background :
- Should have prior experience in content writing and editing
- Should take the ownership of adherence of timelines
- Prior experience in proofreading & editing is mandatory (preferably HR)
- Previous experience/internship at a magazine or website, or exemplary blogging/writing experience would be preferable
- Strong attention to detail. Flawless spelling, grammar, and usage in your writing
- Understanding or Interest in HR is a definite plus
