Designation: Assistant Manager - Collections

Job Responsibilities:

- Carrying billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.

- Performing credit holds and releases along with payment arrangements and credit limit determination.

- Generate and timely Dispatch of invoices.

- Helping in high-level negotiation with delinquent B2B customers by calling and sending reminders, demand/dunning letters, delinquent notices to overdue accounts via emails.

- Resolutions of all issues that relate to AR are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Preparation of Accounts Receivables, Debtor/creditor/vendor reconciliation statements.

- Coordinating with internal departments (Cash application, Billing, Sales & product consultants) to make sure issues, requests and queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

- Perform account reconciliation.

- Investigate and resolve customer query.

- Perform report analysis.

- Mentoring the new agents on the floor and helping them in process.

- Process management.

- Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from upper management to team and vice versa.
