iii Consulting - Executive - Customer Support (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer grievances within the agreed timeline
2. Maintain, identify gaps and improve workflow of customer support infrastructure as per the service level agreement
3. Manage high call flow, inbound and outbound
4. Address customer queries
5. Provide chat support Web/Mobile
6. Stretch working hours during peak time
7. Be able to prioritize works and execute on time
8. Should be good at Communication skills and writing skills
9. Candidate should be good 3 languages (Tamil, English, Hindi)
10. Must have good working experience on Excel, writing emails (escalations/grievances/answer queries/updates to Management)
11. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
12. Maintains customer records by updating account information
13. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Pay: - 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
