IIFL Finance Limited - Manager - Digital Marketing (5-8 yrs)
Experience and Skills :
- 5-8 years of B2C product- based startup experience; fintech, BFSI, e-comm preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining digital assets, digital and social media strategy, enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and growth
- Analytical bent, optimizing performance campaigns using data analytics
- Experience in creating impactful campaigns and branding materials
- Abreast of industry trends & innovations to keep the brand fresh, relevant, & competitive
- Experience in running performance campaigns, paid campaigns
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the digital assets of the organization. Websites, Apps, Revamping & Improvement of these assets by utilizing constant data analysis, best UI/UX practices and industry updates.
- Manage end to end performance marketing campaigns, improvise and improve the cost per leads from these campaigns
- Manage multiple vendors and agencies, perform monthly business reviews with them and ensure maximizing return on these retainers.
- Ensure a CPL of <200 INR for our regular home loan/SBL programmatic campaign
- A/B Testing | Multivariate testing for all our campaigns & UI/UX changes wherever required
- Experimentation with multiple platforms in order to derive most optimal campaign solution
- Manage automation for all marketing levers on different digital assets utilizing tools like clevertap, moengage, Jira, Netcore
