This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading Indian Institute of Ecommerce's unique online job guarantee certification programs designed for jobseekers looking for jobs in Ecommerce companies.

Designation : Business/Telesales Executive - Online Course Sales.

Preferred Skill Sets : Selling over call, Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales and positioning an idea.

Academic Qualification : Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree

Language : Fluent English

Sales Locations : Work from Home ( Across India )

Working Days : 6 Days Work Week

Salary : Rs.5.4 Lacs Package/Annum

Salary Breakup :

Basic salary Rs.15000 per month

Fix incentives of Rs. 30000 per month on achieving 30+ sales per month. ( Rs.45000 per month )

Probation Period: First 3 months Once 30 sales per month targets are achieved you will be hired for a full-time job post 3 months probation period.

Job Role :

- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (jobseekers, working professionals, SME owners, Startup co-founders, entrepreneurs., homemakers, students etc ) to set up online video call meetings, counsel the users on the benefits of the course and detailed course curriculum and assisting them with IIEC's customized Learn and Earn opportunities and convert the potential users into paying customers.

- Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales.

- You will be generating and converting the leads via inbound and outbound telesales.

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase our courses.

Daily Task :

- Making 100-150 outbound calls, 5-6 hours of minimum Talk time to generate and nurture a minimum 1 course sale per day and sell 30 courses per month

- Sales Target: 30 sales per month or 1 sale per day for Rs.25000 course fee: Rs.7.5 Lacs per month

- Green Zone - 30 or above (full salary Rs.15000 + incentive: Rs.30000) = Rs.45000 per month

- Yellow Zone - 15- 29 ( full salary Rs.15000 )

- Red Zone - 4-14 sales ( 50% salary Rs.7500)

- Black Zone - 1 - 3 sales( No salary ) but can continue to next month if 0 sales in a month the employee will be terminated from the job.

- Call potential customers (jobseekers, working professionals, SME owners, Startup co-founders, entrepreneurs., homemakers, students etc ) to set up online video call meetings, counsel the users on benefits of course
