IIDE - Team Lead - Retention Marketing (3-5 yrs)

We're seeking a results-driven Retention Marketing Team Lead to enhance our retention marketing efforts. You'll develop and execute multi-channel strategies, manage marketing automation tools, and lead a team to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Retention Strategy and Execution:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for retention marketing strategies.

2. Draft content for cold emails, follow-up emails, and drip campaign workflows.

3. Marketing Automation and Retention Campaign Management:

4. Handle and maintain marketing automation tools like MoEngage, and WebEngage to ensure seamless campaign execution.

5. Create lead journeys involving communication across multiple touchpoints.

6. Manage referral programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team.

2. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.

3. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

1. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, focusing on amplifying open and click-through rates.

2. Report on campaign performance, providing vital insights and recommendations for improvement.

3. Utilize analytical skills to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

Technical Proficiency:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience mandatory in automation tools like Mo-Engage, WebEngage, SFMC, Engagely etc

2. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel to create pivots, and reports, and handle formulas like VLOOKUP, Sum ifs, Pivots etc.

3. Ensure accurate data management and reporting for all campaigns.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a retention marketing role.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
