Senior Business Development Executive


- Looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our Corporate Communications team and contribute to our vision of empowering the necessary digital knowledge to succeed in today's world to employees from different companies across the globe.


- This is a fundamental role within the corporate communications team which helps scale our business. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, scheduling meetings, delivering pitches and negotiating to finalize a mutually beneficial training program. Mumbai residents only need apply.


Responsibilities and Duties :

- Identifying new opportunities and clients

- Lead generation

- Contributing to pitches, presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business

- Servicing clients with their end-to-end requirements

- Coordinating with the Manager to come up with new offerings to increase revenue from existing accounts

- Prospecting & Database building via LinkedIn.

- Contacting potential customers/accounts via E-mail, Phone calls, WhatsApp.

- Competitor analysis : Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts

- Providing management with client / market feedback

- Arranging and closing business meetings with prospective clients

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Interpersonal skills to communicate and coordinate with clients

- Willing to make calls for outreach and sales.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English (This Is A Must)

- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred

- A keen interest in corporate world and corporate relations

- Strong analytical abilities

- Proficiency in Google Suite

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Experience in client servicing

- Expertise with CRM systems
