IIDE - Executive - Corporate Relations & Outreach (1-3 yrs)
Looking for a Corporate Relations and Outreach Executive for the Placements Team at IIDE. Responsible for assisting the Placement and training team with outreach and corporate relations. Working on developing leads and new corporate relationships to hire from IIDE. Identifying job roles for students and mapping them to the right opportunities.
Job Function :
- Reach out to agencies, local brands,& other clients, and onboard them for hiring from us
- Mass LinkedIn and Email reach outs
- Prospecting & Database building via LinkedIn
- Ability to draft action-driven email copies
- Contacting potential recruiters via E-mail, Phone calls, and WhatsApp
- Willing to make cold calls for outreach
- Set up meetings with potential recruiters
- Understand the hiring requirements of the associated Digital/Media Agencies and cater to them -with the relevant candidates
- Look for job opportunities for the students on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
- Send weekly job openings to the ongoing batches for the pre-placement opportunities
- Shortlisting candidates for the relevant job openings, forwarding their profiles and following up with the recruiters
- Organizing Placement drives for the students towards the end of the course
- Inviting companies for Placement Drives as Jury
- Submitting monthly Placement reports to the management
Skills Required :
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English (THIS IS A MUST)
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred
- A keen interest in outreach and corporate relations
- Strong tech and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Expertise with CRM systems(optional)
Qualification:
- Graduate - Any stream
- Written and Verbal communication in the English language is a must
