IIDE - Brand Manager (3-5 yrs)
Job Title: Brand Manager
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Lower Parel & Andheri, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports to: VP - Marketing
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

About the Role:
As the Brand Manager at Lower Parel & Andheri, Mumbai, you will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining IIDE's brand identity. You will lead a creative team, oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, and drive impactful branding strategies to align with the company's vision.
What You'll Do:
Brand Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with IIDE's goals and vision.
- Ensure brand consistency across online and offline platforms.
Campaign and Team Management:
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ creative marketing professionals.
Brand Communications:
- Oversee all brand communications to ensure alignment with IIDE's tone and identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute top-notch branding initiatives.
Event and Video Management:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing and sales events, including communication and logistics.
- Oversee production and delivery of marketing videos, from scripting to final output.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and events to refine future strategies.
Requirements
Must-Have :
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating creative teams.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and execute campaigns successfully.
