Job Responsibilities :
- Adapting to CRM
- Assisting students in the admission process, admission test, and fee collection
- Cold-calling from a given database for lead generation and database.
- Collaborate with different teams
- Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
- Counsel students for a career path in digital marketing and affiliated streams
- Developing a counseling plan
- Understanding the upcoming new trends in the education sector.
- Database Management overlooking
- Email Writing Skills
- Extraction of data from the back end and data sorting as per the company needs
- Handle Chatbot inquiries
- Manage direct parent or student inquiry handling and also manage telephonic inquiry handling.
- Objection Handling
- Proper follow up with the students visited
- Reach Weekly Sales Target
- Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals for certificate courses
- SMS copywriting
- Whatsapp Sales Communication
Job Requirements :
- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
- 0-1 year of work experience in telesales/ inside sales/ telemarketing/ Academic counseling
Qualifications and Skills :
- Graduates/ Diploma holders
- Excellent conversation skills
- Good convincing power and public speaking skills
