IICSTA - Manager - Marketing (2-6 yrs)
- Creating a marketing and brand promotion plan with respect to selected service, conducting strategic planning on promotional activities including budget involvement, target audience, and market scenario. Design the marketing mix and take responsibility for its execution.
- Take responsibility for a continuous Lead generation.
- Take responsibility for the Lead conversion through effective counselling process. Engage the walk ins and communicate the value proposition of the service effectively and meet targets of conversion.
- Design and implement an appropriate digital marketing strategy and take responsibility for its ROI.
- Looking for the sources of relevant advertising opportunities. Design and distribute range of marketing materials for additional market impact.
- Work with various authorities like management and administration of schools and colleges etc., for carrying out the marketing strategies efficiently.
- Organizing various events like conferences, seminars, workshops, Outreach programs, exhibitions, and receptions for gathering ultimate market exposure.
- Finding sponsorship for event organization, managing budget accordingly, evaluating marketing campaigns, and managing finances as per the organizational requirement.
- Preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports of the marketing department and submitting it to the administration and management.
- Conducting market research for finding out the consumer requirement, arranging consumer forums, conducting customer questionnaires, etc., for exact analysis of consumer needs, and assisting in product development as per results obtained from the research.
- Carrying out competitor analysis, monitoring their activities regarding new product launch, their marketing policies, its reaction on consumers, etc., for planning the promotional activities accordingly
- Create a target oriented atmosphere in the marketing department and meet/exceed the given marketing targets.
- Assist all the activities of the Marketing and the Public Relations department. Assist the Administration and Management in the effective conduct of duties relating to Public Relations.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Marketing and Sales preferred.
- Past experience in Marketing and Sales is compulsory (B2C and B2B).
- Excellent communicator(English and Local Language) and creative thinker.
- Role Model - Develops self & Team, promotes good work ethics & professionalism
- A go- getter Personality, who enjoys working in a pressure situation and target based environment
- Passion to work in the education sector. Previous work experience in education sector preferred.
