Looking out for aggressive Business Development Professional who could innovate, partner with corporates, help HR professionals of existing and new clients to roll out wellness and healthcare programs, Health Checks, Stand Alone Activations, Calendar based programs - Year long and specific days. Help with signing of with OHC, Medical Units and help built existing relationship with clients.
Aspirants should be comfortable with locations like Mumbai / Bangalore/ Pune
- Should be from healthcare and wellness domain and should have stabilized success to ensure management of projects and events at the corporate space.
- Someone who could help startup grow and assist the Marketing Head in designing the Pan India roll out programs with Partner and Direct clienteles
Detailed Job Description :
- To identify prospective clients and generate new business.
- To liaison with internal operations team and marketing team to grow the business in proportion to the opportunity size of the respective markets
- To retain and handle existing accounts as an key Relationship manager
- To identify new lines of business and establish new avenues of income as pillars for the business
- To ensure continuous revenue generation and ensure medium term and long term objectives of the business are met
- Should be able to work with a deep sense of fairness and maintain high standards of ethics in work.
- Work closely with the marketing function to help in planning, executing and monitoring the relevant synergies to achieve the revenue & business objectives.
- Be the responsible face of the business, point of contact and instrumental in building strong relationships with the all the team and people associated with the particular assignments and project.
- Display high level of business performance orientation to ensure quality service delivery to customer through strict implementation and monitoring of SOPs. Attention to details as an attitude towards work.
- Educate & disseminate information about various updates in internal organisation, policies and processes.
- Manage performance and development for the people in the function, ensure employee development and retention.
- Strict monitoring & analysis of daily, weekly and month MIS.
- Continuous competition update & MIS population for analytics & targeted marketing efforts
