IHS - Executive/Senior Executive/Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Business Development Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager
- To identify prospective clients and generate new business.
- Revenue generation and setting new targets.
- To liaison with internal operations team and marketing team to grow the business in proportion to the opportunity size of the respective markets
- To retain and handle existing accounts as an key Relationship manager
- To identify new lines of business and establish new avenues of income as pillars for the business
- To ensure continuous revenue generation and ensure medium term and long term objectives of the business are met
- Should be able to work with a deep sense of fairness and maintain high standards of ethics in work.
- Work closely with the marketing function to help in planning, executing and monitoring the relevant synergies to achieve the revenue & business objectives.
- Be the responsible face of the business, point of contact and instrumental in building strong relationships with the all the team and people associated with the particular assignments and project.
- Display high level of business performance orientation to ensure quality service delivery to customer through strict implementation and monitoring of SOPs. Attention to details as an attitude towards work.
- Educate & disseminate information about various updates in internal organisation, policies and processes.
- Manage performance and development for the people in the function, ensure employee development and retention.
- Strict monitoring & analysis of daily, weekly and month MIS.
- Continuous competition update & MIS population for analytics & targeted marketing efforts
