IGT Solutions - Associate - Customer Service Process (0-2 yrs)
This would entail inbound help desk support for customers over Voice/ Email/ Chat platform. Calls/queries/escalations/incident management shall be related to Visa application & related processes specific to respective Country/ Mission
- Provide Voice/ Email/ Chat support for customers on Visa application queries
- Escalate the calls/ emails internally to relevant team for enquiries/ complaints requiring urgent attention
- Documentation of all call(s) based on their severity/resolution and/or escalation matrix to be followed.
- Opportunity to work in day shifts
- 5 days working, 2 week offs
Education Qualification: 12th/Graduate in any discipline/Under Graduates/Dropout
Language: Excellent Communication skills English and Hindi (Mandate)
Age: 18-32

Interview Days & Time: Mon to Sat between 11:00 AM 5:00 PM
Note: B.Tech/ BE/Technical Diploma less than 65% will only be considered.
