iGraft - Executive - Customer Relationship (0-2 yrs)
CRE is a dynamic person who ensure the clients conversion on-Phone, Chats, Emailing, Meetings. CRE will ensure the target inflow business by collaborating with Marketing Team. Strategies the events occurring, as well handing the marketing Activities.
Targets :
- Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation and monitoring.
- Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.
- Handling Telephonic and Walk-in enquiries.
- Handle Pretreatment Formalities.
- Take care of Reception.
- Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
- Basic Telephone & Business Etiquette while speaking to the customers.
- Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
- Present and pitch the programs to the leads for timely admission closure
- Maintain effective after sales relations with clients.
- Achieving sales and contribution
- Create and update leads file, prepare daily MIS;
- Counsel Online Leads generated through Portal, Domestic & International.
- Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc.
- Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms.
- To deliver the highest quality of service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Strategizing Online Counselling workflow
