Sales Officer
- Monitoring & managing the sales in the territory assigned including Trade Sales.
- Planning & achieving targets related to market share, addressability, reach & volume and so on.
- Spearheading & appointing the right dealers & distributors after thorough screening; activating low performing dealers and unlocking certain key counters.
- Driving business and ensuring sustainable growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach and creating new sales / leads opportunities.
- Executing business plans and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment and hosting constructive meetings.
- Managing the sales through Dealers/distributors network, projects and trade sales / dealing with architects/interior designers/ builders/contractors & project consultants in highly competitive market.
- Exploring new market segment and identifying the potential buyers; providing technical assistance to end users on usage of products.
- Developing, reviewing and reporting the business development division's strategy and ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
- Impacting organization profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development.
- Steering business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planning sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational / business development activities.
- Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
