Ignite Polymers - Officer - Sales (1-5 yrs)
As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, social media, and industry events.
Client Engagement :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
Sales Strategy Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and maximize efficiency.
Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Handle objections and address concerns to facilitate the sales process.
Market Analysis :
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, opportunities, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
