iGloble Solutions - Business Development Role (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our fleet management business. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and excited to make an impact in the transportation industry.
The main responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to package the BytEdge products and make sales.
- Build out a new business GTM plan for the BytEdge products
- Develop new pipeline opportunities through various marketing activities, cold calling, networking, and teaming with industry partners and influencers
- Demonstrate understanding of market conditions, and client needs and propose the appropriate solutions to secure new clients
- Have a solid understanding of BytEdge solution footprints, existing customer solutions across the various verticals
- Present the BytEdge capabilities, solutions, and differentiators to the prospective clients
- Meet or exceed weekly activity targets consistently
- Provide timely feedback to your supervisor on progress, opportunities, and issues
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties listed above
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role; experience in fleet management or the transportation industry is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial in nature
- Motivated individual capable of producing with minimal supervision
- Experience building GTM plans
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
