Job Description :
- Business Development Executive-International Voice Process-US Region

- It's a Work From Office (Webel IT Park, Durgapur)
Time : 9PM-6AM (night shift) -it's a fixed shift
Workdays : Monday to Friday (only month's last Saturday is working)
Job Responsibilities :
- International Calling experience.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Convincing skills/International Sales skills.
- Transfer call to the supervisor after initial explanation.
- Achieving the monthly given targets.
- Customer Interaction
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Skills Required :
- Excellent Communication Skills in English is mandatory.
- Both Graduate/Undergraduate may apply.
- Should have experience in International Voice process & International Sales
- Exceptional Knowledge in Sales in expected.
- An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment.
- Good planning and teamwork skills.
- Candidates who have experience in International BPO in outbound process are preferred.
