iFurnish - Executive - Inside Sales (0-3 yrs)
As a Tele Calling executive understand various capabilities and design the solution based on the customer requirements. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Understand Customer Needs and Provide Solutions.
- Maximize the number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources
- Maintain call quality as per company standards.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Candidate must possess good communication skills and must be Fluent in English.
- High Customer Centricity
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
