iFive Technology - Telecaller (0-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic Tele caller to manage outbound and inbound calls, promote products/services, and provide excellent customer support. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining call records, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships. Candidates should have effective communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle objections professionally. Prior tele calling or sales experience is a plus.
Role and Responsible :
1 Outbound/Inbound Calls: Handle customer calls to provide information, answer queries, and resolve complaints.
2 Product Promotion: Promote company products or services to generate leads or sales.
3 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
4 Data Maintenance: Record details of customer interactions and update databases.
5 Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.
6 Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to relevant teams for improvement.
