IFI Techsolutions - Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
Fresher candidate has to go for 2 years agreement (Not a bond) + 3 Month (Stipend +PF benefit)
Responsibility :
- Work with Microsoft Account Managers and Partner Managers to generate leads and cloud revenue
- Formulate growth strategy that is focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Responsible for the entire marketing and sales lifecycle right from prospecting, lead generation, demonstration, negotiation till the closure of the deal.
- Draft business proposals prepare presentations and undertake presentations to the clients.
- Achieve sales targets and enhance organization's market share in a highly competitive market.
- Develop and mentor a strong sales team for the company
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Strong understanding of selling cloud technologies - Microsoft Azure in particular
- A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
- Ability to forge relationships with sales leaders and reps. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Should have a track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives.
- Confidence under pressure especially within tight timelines.
