IFI Tech - Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an Inside Sales professional who will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by selling next generation cloud solutions. You should be able to hold business conversations with the customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our cloud solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
You should have excellent conversation skills, proven sales record, ability to mine data and consistently exceed your targets.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify Microsoft Cloud - Azure and Office 365 selling opportunities to fulfill their needs.
- Identify and explain how businesses across industries, company sizes and types can meet a new bar for excellence and reinvent themselves to compete by embracing the cloud solutions that IFI Techsolutions provide.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences; provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios.
- Be the first contact point for the customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship.
- Leverage social media, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell and manage customers.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources that will help to bring in more business.
- Maintain and expand database of prospect customers within the given territory.
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Technical Solution Professionals.
- Identifying ways to cross sell and up-sell to existing clients.
- Meet and exceed targets for the pipeline.
