Iffort - Digital Account Manager (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager with an experience of 5-7 years to join our team. The person will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their online presence.
As a Digital account manager, you must have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach and also have a clear idea of how digital platforms add value to company strategy and performance.
Key KRAs include, growing business, nurturing client relationships and ensuring smooth delivery of services as per KPIs.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the health of client accounts and ensure the team is delivering as per KPIs defined in SOW
- Track client expenses, revenues and overall P&L of client accounts
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell with associate account managers
- Participate in new customer pitch opportunities
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Ensure the internal team is aligned to work as per defined goals and expectations
- Work with associate manager to digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Setup processes to address client queries, reporting, reviews etc.
- Steer discussions with team in presenting strategies to clients
Requirement :
- Proven work experience as a Digital account manager (preferable in an agency environment)
- Experience of working on Content/Creative led marketing campaigns
- Preferred: Any exposure on handling performance marketing campaigns with support from media delivery executives is an added advantage
- Fair understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
