Iffort - Account Based Sales Representative (1-3 yrs)

As an Account Based Sales Representative (ABSR), you will play a key role in driving our outreach and client acquisition efforts. You'll execute various marketing strategies across email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach to bring in new clients and build Iffort's network. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in digital marketing and client relationship building within a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and analyze target markets.

- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.

- Leverage LinkedIn for networking, connecting with industry professionals, and relationship building.

- Perform outbound email outreach to introduce our services and secure meetings with potential clients.

- Conduct first-level meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and produce compelling marketing materials.

- Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance metrics to maximize results.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and client acquisition.

Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Mas-Comm/Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, client acquisition, or a similar field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

- Ability to conduct client meetings and understand client needs.

- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
