IFFCO Kisan Suvidha - Officer - Sales (2-6 yrs)
Major Responsibilities :
1) Planning and Execution of the Targets for the assigned districts
- Responsible for creating awareness of our product to MAs, target customers, retailers and distributors.
- Target allocation to MAs and help them to achieve the same on quality parameters. Target Allocation needs to be given based on the past performance, area and population.
- Preparation of effective Beat Plan for self and MAs to achieve the targets within timeframe. (Beat Plan is a rout plan to make visits to a number of distributors/ retailers covered in particular day effectively).
2) Appointment, Training and Mentoring of the Marketing Associates
- Appointment of Marketing Associates for the assigned districts.
- Training the MAs regarding process, compliances and guidelines. Provide proper induction and handholding to all the new joinees by demonstrating the process on the ground along with the MA.
- Motivate team timely and frequently for achievement of targets as well as job satisfaction of their team. Ensuring weekly visits to each MA district.
3) Branding, Promotion and Ground Activities
- Conducting canopy activities in rural area along with MAs.
- Infra development through formation of new distributors, retailers and Kisan Mitras.
- Formation of Kisan club with loyal customer base and convert some of them to Kisan Mitra for business expansion.
4) Timely execution of indent and distribution of Green Sims and PRC with regular follow up with the Logistics/Accounts person.
5) Prepare report by collecting and analyzing the data and summarize them.
6) Create good liaison with Airtel, IKSL SPOC, distributor and retailer.
