IFEM - Education Counselor (0-2 yrs)
1. Counseling:
- Motivates prospects and sells consultatively
- Counsels on Financial Learning Programmes on Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Financial Planning to students, colleges, Corporate Houses and investors
- Trains junior counselors and Business Development Executives to counsel and sell.
- Maintains Relationships with Graduation colleges, post graduation colleges and Corporate Houses
- Assists in organizing seminars in Graduation Colleges, B-Schools and Corporates
2. Centre Operations
- Owns lead generation, enquiry, counseling, follow-up, sales closing, admission, training and after sales services processes.
- Responsible for batch management and scheduling of programmes
- Co-ordinates and maintain a good rapport with the Faculty for batch management
- Handles Logistics of the Centre
- Adheres to the service standards, analyzing service gaps and taking corrective measures
- Ensures smooth & error free execution of assigned classroom programmes
3. Lead Management
- Responsible to lead from the front and ensure that calls are handled and sales is closed by the team
