Role : Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities :

1 Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
2 Directly Handle a team of Sales Managers.
3 Maintain a high ethic in sales and sales processes.
4 Ensure day to day planning and revenue from assigned territory.
5 Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
6 Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance reviews.
7 Developing and implementing business and marketing plans.
8 Managing internal stakeholder and interdepartmental coordination's.
9 Planning, evaluating, and optimizing's operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
10 Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
11 Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
12 Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports.
13 Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports.
14 Manpower budget and backfills are in control.
