IFAS Edutech - Manager - Sales (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Handling designated team and meeting monthly team sales targets.
- Monitoring team member core activities to achieve team targets.
- Schedule sales activity.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up with team members & management.
- Create an inspiring team environment.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Requirements :
Qualification : Post graduation/MBA (Marketing).
Experience : 3+ years of experience in Managing teams in Inside Sales/Outbound Sales/ Telesales/Educational Sales.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Office location : Pune
Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
