IFAS Edutech - Growth Manager - Video Platform (1-5 yrs)
Role : YouTube Growth Executive / Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase our YouTube channel's views, watching, subscribers, and engagement.
- Regularly review and analyze video performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for search with compelling titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and end screens.
- Work closely with faculty members and the category team to ensure the content aligns with growth strategies.
- Work closely with the social media team to get a wider audience through social media handles.
- Optimise monetization strategies.
- Engage with the channel's community by responding to comments, collaborating with other creators, and participating in relevant online forums and communities.
- Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Certified Digital Marketing Course from a reputed institute, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
- Solid understanding of YouTube's algorithms, SEO, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in YouTube analytics and other relevant tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of video editing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with video production is a plus.
