Designation: Customer Service Associate
Time: 10:00 Am to 7: 00 Pm
Work location: Office
Role requirements:
1. Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
2. Minimum one year experience is preferred.
3. Fluent communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer services
2. Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
4. Collaborate with other team members for desired results based on customer requirements.
5. Promote product updates to customers.
Salary: - 10,000 - 15,000 monthly. (No deductions)
Week off: Sunday
