- Possess abilities to design a highly scalable and cost-effective digital customer service operation that provides a personalized experience and drives customer satisfaction and platform adoption

- Work with internal team to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns

- Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in the ed-tech industry

- Digital campaign creation and execution, diverting traffic, follow-ups, and regular reporting

- Create timely and engaging content optimised for platform used and intended audience

- Create and manage Facebook, Instagram and Twitter advertising campaigns

- Contribute to the overall achievement of the company business plan by ensuring high team satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for growth
