Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment for this Profile :

- Minimum 4 years of proven & relevant sales/outreach/fund raising experience in the social sector, CSR and Government (2 to 4 years). Candidates with experience of CSR Projects, fundraising and business development specifically in Education, technology, or related fields will be preferred

- Achieved proven annual project targets at least between 3 to 10 Crores

- Aggressively growth oriented - both professional and personal. Must be entrepreneurial & dynamic in outreach approach but rooted in principles & trust (minimal lies or half truth based trust building strategies, only when needed to handle situations)

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in Hindi & English - both written and oral, Excellent email, video chat and video demo capabilities for best pitching/proposing and selling over digital means

- Should have a sincere urge to solve large scale learning problems in Govt Schools and NGOs and empower them with best suited and easy to use digital solutions. This is crucial and non negotiable if you do not have this urge in you then you cannot do justice to this role and won't enjoy it

- Should be dynamic in trying every possible sales strategy to gain the trust of the funding agency, partner, NGO, govt officials and users. Should have a track record of engaging with and establishing long term relationships with multiple stakeholders as mentioned above with sincere social value creation

- Should have very high credibility, trustworthiness, consultative skills and ability to articulate and pitch best value solutions to genuinely solve long pending problems and issues of digital learning reach to last mile rural students and govt schools

- Should have a deep research and creative thinking mindset, to try smart ways of selling and also ensure that our solutions reach every corner of rural India empowering every last mile learner with a growth connect

Role and Responsibilities of this Profile :

- Your key responsibility will be to align with the Social sector revenue and growth objectives of the organisation and then target, plan & achieve the sales with actionable strategy

- Both inbound, outbound, in-person, digital and value based outreach to connect with the key stakeholders, build relationships, regularly engage them, pitch, sell and create projects and revenue growth as per targets

- We are a partner first organisation, and therefore the biggest focus shall be on building a pan country network of NGOs, CSR funders, outreach partners and social sector resellers for our content and licenses

- The social sector broadly comprises of the following stakeholders:

CSR and corporate foundations :

- NGOs

- International Foundations and bodies who work on school education

- Social sector consultants and firms

- App and Retail distribution strategies for rural retail

- You will take complete ownership of the annual, quarterly and monthly project revenue targets in the social sector and then drive the action plan to achieve it. Building a pan country network for CSR projects is crucial and a key element of this role

- Plan and achieve revenue targets on every product line, always sense the market response for products and accordingly share inputs for product enhancement

- Search, pitch and close immediate work opportunities in CSR, NGOs, and Foundations

- Sustain relationships with the existing partners and new partners and plan ways to regularly engage them

- Create project proposals, concept notes and project collaterals where required

- Work with our Digital Sales person to follow up on relevant leads and close them and integrate/manage/draft the efforts being made towards inbound lead generation.

- Setup the best suited approach growth conversion for each product line

- Work with our marketing team to share thoughts and ideas around brand building, which will enable you to attract more relevant leads

- Active and regular lead building on Linked in, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels

- Planning, executing and following up on email campaigns, newsletters and mailing/communication strategies to connect with key stakeholders, build relationships and achieve revenue.

- You will work closely with the rest of the iDream Education team to ensure that we are delivering overall superior products and solutions to our users/customers
