iDream Career - Manager - Sales - School & University Program (3-5 yrs)
iDreamCareer is India's largest career navigation company that offers its program to India's top private schools. It currently works with over 200+ schools across India. It aims to scale up its program to 1,000+ private schools in the next two years and for this purpose it is scaling its school outreach team PAN India.
The role will require developing new relationships, managing existing relationships with private schools. The role will require traveling for business development across different geographies. This role is a full-time job role in our core team based out of Delhi.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong networking with school counsellors, principals, educators, and directors PAN India.
- Knowledge on market opportunities with schools, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers
- Focusing on new business development
- Managing relationships with existing clients and increasing revenue from them
- Liaison with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of career counselling activities
- Conducting regular school meetings
- Having first conversation with schools and scheduling meeting with school leaders
- Regular follow-ups with schools in conversation
- Curating and organizing events to engage with schools and to promote B2B business
- Strategize with innovative approaches to promote B2B business
- Develop effective outreach activities and design the engagement plan with schools
- Maintain, curate database and conduct data analysis to strategize and prepare reports
- Coordinating and collaborating with the other departments of iDC
- Introducing iDC outreach activities in new cities and new schools.
Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private schools onboarding and sales process
- Experience of selling education products to private schools
- CRM, database and documentation expertise
- Liaising with other teams for strategy and program implementation
- Counselling skills (basic).
