Idigbo Tech Solutions - Business Development Manager (0-4 yrs)
Major job responsibilities will include:
Generate business through lead generation, social media, cold calls, emails & database building.
Must have 0-4 years of experience in lead generation with monthly targets and should be highly result oriented with excellent spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
- To implement sales plan to meet revenue targets.
- Conceptualize and implement Sales Strategy in coordination with Management.
- Contacting prospects through multiple mediums to initiate discussion. Attend conference calls, meetings, presentations, etc.
- Understand and map company's offerings with client needs / requirements. Help them buy.
- Conduct Business Development activities, which will entail developing a database / list of prospects, qualifying leads, follow up, nurturing and closing the sale.
Required Skills:
- Experience in lead follow ups & closure. Experience in pre-sales would be advantage.
- Proven closer with a track record of success
- Hard working, motivated and hungry to succeed.
- Team player with the ability to contribute to a fast paced team oriented environment
- Able to learn and implement new and exciting sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills on calls, written & verbal.
- Should have technical background .
- Experience in handling International client will be an advantage .
- Must have good selling skills .
