So what role will I play at IDfy :
- Successfully transition client project/contract from Sales to Process Delivery and Training
- Managing Account Creation, Features and Billing Activation
- Serving & Supporting Client needs and requirements along with forecasting for ramp-up and credit risk
- Proactively Collaborating with Training, Product, Technology and Process Delivery teams
- Champion client's interests internally
- Align client proactively and enthusiastically to exceed client expectations

Experience :

- MBA with 3 years of relevant experience
